Step One: One must first take a Rank of the classes of a Jedi
Which Include:
Jedi Sentinel
Jedi Guardian
Jedi Jedi Consular

Step Two: One must have at lest 10 force powers and all Core powers

Step Three: Must have majority vote from council.

Step Four: Must prove self in combat against a Sith or a Jedi Master.
